This is my cute little Mandelbrot set renderer, using up to 224 bits raw floating point precision goodness. This is free software so there are no warranties whatsoever. Use at your own risk. I mean it.

For command line options and controls, please have a look at my longwinded notes or, if you prefer, the quick reference.

Both the core library (brot_core.dll) and the user interface (brot2.exe) are provided under and seperately covered by the terms of the GNU lesser public license (more info). Full source code is included, of course.
Glut, which is included in this archive, is © 1997 Nate Robins and covered under his own license terms.

The included palettes are not my work. DEF.PAL is the default VGA palette. rainbow.pal was created by aths and is distributed at his permission. The remaining ones are from Fractint and are redistributed with permission from Tim Wegner. Thanks a bunch!

If you have comments or questions, drop them to ashopa 'at' gmx 'dot' de (that's anti-harvester obfuscation in case you're wondering). If you read German, you definitely want to have a look at the thread where it all started. I'll also be happy to answer any English questions right there, so don't hesitate.

And in any case, the latest version may be obtained here.

That's all.
